**Rob's Coral Farm Live Arrival Guarantee:**
1. **Guarantee Period**: Covers corals' condition upon delivery and up to 3 days post-delivery.
2. **On Delivery Instructions**:
- Inspect corals immediately upon arrival.
- Take clear photos if any coral appears Dead On Arrival (DOA).
3. **Notification Process**:
- Send photos and a brief description of any DOA corals to info@robscoralfarm.com within 4 hours of delivery.
- Report any issues within the 3-day window with photos and a description.
4. **Resolution Options**:
- Verified claims offer the choice of a replacement coral or future store credit.
- Shipping costs for replacements within the 3-day window are customer responsibility.
5. **Scope of the Guarantee**:
- Covers initial arrival and notable deterioration within 3 days.
- Does not cover conditions stemming from aquarium setups post the 3-day period.
